MICROSOFT HAS MADE the beta version of Exchange 2003, formerly code-named Titanium, available for download. Scheduled to be released in the middle of this year, Exchange 2003 offers messaging and "collaboration" between servers running on Windows .NET Server 2003 and Windows 2000 Server SP3 or later.
