Nope man, I already have a keygen, I'm asking about the crack for patente activation in order to recorder dvd videos with the nero vision, if impossible if you don't have cracked the patent activation :(
Try to create a DVD Video from a AVI Divx File, and you can see the PatentActivation alert.
Somebody have a crack for the ***ing patent activation ?

With regards to the PatentActivation issue; no crack is needed. As soon as you finish installing the program, delete the file in question. I'm not sure if this will work if you have already been using the program for a while, but I did it several months ago and I haven't been asked to activate since, and the file hasn't regenerated. So, it works, if you do it immediately.
Hey, I found the file and removed it. But now when I try to add a video file in Nero Vision it doesn't try to patent activate, but it just won't add it. Message box says "Unable to insert C:\Terminator3.avi". Of course, I didn't remove it immediately after installation, only after unsuccessfully trying several times. Any more ideas??

Please.....Anyone can crack the patent activation for nero vision ?
The nero vision alway ask to put (register) the Blue-ray/HD-DVD playback plugin and DVD-Video multichannel plug-in even I have been put the serial number from the keygen that some people share in this thread.

Not false, Spectrum - I said that I've been using the software for several months without any problems. And yes, that includes Nero Vision. Either my system is some sort of PatentActivation Burmuda Triangle, or the fix I mentioned works.

i wont upgrade past 7.10, i tried 8110, and 8280, and when i opened startsmart, it told me the OLE registry wasnt found...took 4 uninstalls to finally clean the registry. and embraces keygen didnt work..said unauthorized key was used. be careful with new nero products.

Iv'e never had a problem with Nero Keys. I left the old key from the embrace keygen when upgrading from 8.2.8.0 and it is still working. I also tried a key from the CIM keygen which also worked. As far as the PatentActivation, I have had no problems simply deleting the NeroPatentActivation.exe file

Instructions about using the keygen:
1. Install Nero in trial mode.
2. After Install run Nero Control Center
(usually is located in Start -> All Programs -> Nero 8 -> Nero Toolkit -> Nero Control Center)
3. Now open up keygen and generate serial for Nero 8 Ultra Edition, and enter it in License tab in Control Center.
4. Choose from dropbox in keygen Nero 8 Patent Activation, generate serial and enter it in License tab in Control Center.
5. Do same steps for SecurDisc Activation.
Thats all, Nero should be now completely activated.

Spectrum, please read what I posted - I USE Nero Vision (the only thing I use it for is converting AVI files to DVD). DivX, XviD, MP4, whatever, they all work for me and I have not had any trouble with activation since I installed the program, over 3 months ago. How do you explain that? The fix must work! :)

No idea man, I'm using the last nero vision, installed with a key generated by the latest EMBRANCE keygen, the 90% of features work fine, I can make DVD's, CD's, data or images without troubles.
The only trouble is when I try to use "Nero Vision", this show an Alert saying that requiere internet connection in order to download something about patent activation.
Obviously if I try to download it, the patent activation alert say: that I have a ilegal serial number, and is impossible use Nero Vision to create a DVD video, and blabla. :(

Oh yeah use above keygen for nero 8 serial only. plugin serials will not work from that keygen. Ones posted above will. Patent activation will still pop up. But plugins can still be used. Just block patent activation from firewall.

Why does it seem like everyone is able to delete the NeroPatentActivation.exe file except me? Every time I try to delete it, I get the error message, "Cannot delete NeroPatentActivation. Access is denied. Please make sure the disk is not full or write-protected, blah, blah, blah..." I even tried to delete this using the command prompt and it still said "Access is denied." So why can't I delete this file and is there a way to get around this?

to all having problems installing the nero
1. install nero without the toolbar
2. you can install full but i customize the installation
3. install it with the demo key dont use yet the keygen
4. after installation u are prompt to restart, select no.
5. go to "Start -> All Programs -> Nero 8 -> Nero Toolkit -> Nero Control Center"
6. uncheck the always check update
7. now go License and use the CIM keygen but be sure to delete the demo key.
8. delete the PatentActivation.exe in the "C:\Program Files\Common Files\Nero\Shared\NL3: folder
9. now u can enjoy the full version ultra ed nero. even if u restart ur pc.

If you are having problems with this fix then you are more than likely running vista or xp media center. The people releasing these files don't explain that these methods work well for XP but not vista. To fix this problem then use the files on this torrent. Make sure to use the keys located in the torrent info. Test and working fine even in Nero Vision. After several days of trying it FINALLY WORKS! Hopefully this will help someone.

where it got 2 cracked files of NeroPatentActivation.exe & AdvrCntr3.dll. I haven't tried it myself as those above instructions work good for me. Just disconnect your internet before installing as it helps it better.

I seem to be having the same problem as in2deep when i try to erase the Patentactivation file is says access denied. I am running Win XP home, I have used the keygen provided here and entered the serial key for the activation but when i load nero vision it still asks for patentactivation i noticed i can get maybe 2 or 3 movies burned off one serial key but then it will say burn process failed. So i have to keep re entering a new key every few movies but i would like to eliminate this all together

I was having the same problem. This process worked for me...
1. Download the keygen only file from this page (if you already have Nero 8)
2. Navigate to: program files/common files/nero/shared/NL3
3. Delete all files in this folder with "patentactivation" in the filename
4. Navigate to: program files/nero/nero8/online services
5. Delete all files in this folder.
6. Run the keygen file and click "clean" to erase your current serials
7. Start Nero StartSmart, you will receive a message telling you that you have no serials for the program. Click the link on this window to enter serials.
8. Use the keygen file to generate serials for Nero 8, and the patent activation serial. Enter these into the Nero serial screen. You can also enter serials for the various plugins if you wish.
9. Restart Nero and you should be good to go. Good luck!

Nero software is a very good software and stable as compare to any other software. Some modification wanted. This can not split DVD9 to DVD5. Most essential,untill and unless DVD9 is available in market at low cost.
