Its Just Gonna be a replacement of Adobe Flash. MicroSoft going to release its developer tools free(it will cost money for full version). But MS declare its gonna be cheap then Adobe.

I hope it's more than that!
Flash has a lot of limitations... and I hope Silverlight won't be just another Flash replacemet.
